We offer worldwide free-shipping on orders over SGD 10. For orders below SGD 100 a fee of SGD 10 applies.
For all deliveries within Singapore please allow 3-7 working days for shipping.
International Shipments will take between 6-12 working days.
Once your order has left the warehouse, you will receive a tracking number, to monitor your shipment.
All International packages are subject to taxes and duties upon delivery. Bahati Collection will not be held responsible for the cost of clearing your items through customs.
Once your order has left our warehouse, we are unable to guarantee any delivery time, as it is not under our control. However, this is highly unlikely and if you do encounter any problems feel free to contact us and we will see how we can assist.

Returns & Refund Policy
As our baskets are handmade products variation in size, colour and patterns should be expected. Bahati Collection does not accept returns for baskets because of these irregularities. However, if for some reason you are unsatisfied with your basket, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org telling us why you are unsattisfied. Returns must be within 14 days of purchase, with tracking code sent to us after shipment. Exchanged items will be subject to availability.
Returned products must be in the same condition and with the same original packaging as was received, complete with original swing tags and labels attached.
If the 14 days return policy has been exceeded or the product is not in its original condition, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
If your products arrive damaged, we will be happy to reimburse you for the item and the cost of shipping as long as you let us know about the damaged item within 7 days of receiving your package via email.
Used or customer damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
We will not be able to refund the cost of shipping and we would require you to pay for the postage of your returned items.
We recommend to use trackable shipping services as the returned products are the buyer's responsibility until we receive it.
